Who this notice applies to

This notice applies to all users of my site, services and any individual who interacts with me. Information you give me

You may give me information about you by filling in forms on my site, when accessing my services or by corresponding with me by phone, email, or social media. This includes information you provide if you register to use my site, subscribe to my service, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on my site, enter a competition, promotion or survey, and when you report a problem with my site.

All emails that are sent to me are monitored, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

People who make a complaint

When I receive a complaint from a person I make up a file containing the details of the complaint. This normally contains the identity of the complainant and any other individuals involved in the complaint.

I will only use the personal information I collect to process the complaint and to check on the level of service I provide.

I usually have to disclose the complainant’s identity to whoever the complaint is about. If a complainant doesn’t want information identifying him or her to be disclosed, I will try to respect that. However, it may not be possible to handle a complaint on an anonymous basis.

People who use Hesham Barr’s services

I offer a range of Business Development services to business in the UK.

I have to hold the details of the people who have requested the service in order to provide it. However, I only use these details to provide the service the person has requested and for other closely related marketing purposes. For example, I might use information about people who have requested a service to carry out a survey to find out if they are happy with the level of service they received.
